Daily Duties at Heritage Club (Club Corp) :

• Create and Implement new menus. • Developing innovative menu selections for special banquet themes and parties. • Develop specifications and recipe for all menu items ala cart. • Monitor staff performance, product quality, and production flow. • Ensure adherence to all health code requirements. • Hire, train, supervise and participate in daily activities of chefs, cooks and steward. • Outside catering for other companies around the city.
