Daily Duties at Kbr Building Group Llc:
Manage client relationship. Continually lead a safe project where no one gets hurt. Managed the work of 6 project managers, 4 project engineers and 7 superintendents with an annual $ volume of $250,000,000. Projects included $109,000,000 School for the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and the Building Group portion of the $500,000,000 Boeing 787 project. Managed project managers by weekly site inspection to review schedule status versus scheduled, cost versus budget, safety results to date and over the last week and quality as measurted by number of non comformance reports generated in the period. Scheduled the site visits to corresponde with client meetings to allow me to assess the projects relationship with its client and to further my relationship with the clients to hopefully build a relationship that they would feel comfortable to call me if something about the project was bothering them. When not traveling, reviewed monthly reports for cost, schedule project issues and their resolution and monitor what project managers were reporting to their clients. Heplped projects with problems as they requested or I felt I needed to get involved.
