Daily Duties at Cartmell Educational Consulting :

 Educate school personnel regarding programs for in-service education for Bilingual / ESL, Special Education and Assessment Compliance.  Provide Greater Houston Area School Districts with instructional strategies to increase and improve effective teaching practices.  Adhere to state and federal compliance laws to develop curricula and to establish guidelines for educational programs.  Review and evaluate curricula for use in schools and assist in adaptation to local needs.  Study and prepare recommendations on instructional materials, teaching aids, and related equipment.  Prepare or approve manuals, guidelines, and reports on state educational policies and practices for distribution to school districts.  Advise school officials on implementation of state and federal programs and procedures.  Conduct research into areas, such as teaching methods, effective teaching practices, and instructional strategies.
