Daily Duties at Becu Boeing Employees Credit Union:
Conducts database research to gather intelligence. Monitors and reviews reports. My responsibilities consisted of closing all consumer loans, mentor/train individual to either understand our department or helps those in my department to exceed their responsibilities. I also too all exhulations from our members and our internal employees and succeeded in taking care of them. I was a multitasker who was on the phones, working on two computers, adding machines and helping my team as well as the all of the other credit unions problems they had about loans, upset members. Thus training them as well as helping them help their members. I was the key contributor in my department for calls coming in, which were double the normal volume, kept a positive additude, and only took lunch break to workout. I had to make sure all consumer information was locked up at night, everyone's desk was clear and that no one had any problems they could not finish. I had multiple systems I worked on and if one went down or if someone couldn't budget their funds I would take care of correcting the problem. I had reports that I had to complete for the department. Also, setup department meetings and other activities.
