Daily Duties at Henkel Corporation:

- SAP R3 SD iDoc interface/EDI - EDI – SAP – iDoc mapping interface with GXS - EDI – SAP Administration of Inbound/Outbound documents using GXS Web interface * Review customer requirements as submitted on Request Form are complete and clear. * Prepare gap analysis between customer requirements and client’s standard for those transactions, creating the gap analysis and mapping specification document. * Hold final gap analysis meeting with customer and business team to resolve gaps. * Create the final gap analysis and mapping specification document. * Send mapping specification document to EDI Service Provider (GXS) including test data for that transaction. * Trigger or process any test scenarios within SAP * Complete any SAP setup of Trading Partners, master records and condition records needed to process the assigned transactions. * Complete Unit Test document and related unit testing of the transaction once Service Provided completes the mapping * End to End testing of the transaction as needed with the Trading Partner. * Coordinate SAP Setup, 3rd Party Mapping and setup of EDI VAN relationships to move transactions to production.
