Daily Duties at U.S. Navy:

Navy Transportation Specialist  Successfully arranged over 100 NALO flights, and 745 CTO flights ensuring timely departure and arrival to their next duty station, for 3,500 forward deploying and returning Sailors.  Consistently demonstrated confidence and proficient mission knowledge, expertly guided staff during high pressure, short-fused operations.  Helped to improve performance by advising 5 team members to stay focused on the mission without losing sight of personal and professional growth.  Ensured LS rating and Basic Military Requirements training sessions were conducted in which resulted in 2 advancements.  Encouraged each member in the Command to actively pursue climate improvement and managed the Command Climate survey which resulted in a significant improvement of the Command from previous surveys.  Provided EO visibility and resources to all Sailors transiting through Navy Mobilization Processing Site (NMPS).  Maintained $185K operating budget ensuring Command efficiency.
