 Handling non-radioactive substances including PCR amplification, plasmid preparation, DNA/RNA/protein isolation and purification, micro-dissection of tissues, microscopy, immunohistochemistry and Western blotting  Responsible for maintaining clones, cell cultures, antibody and sample inventories, data collection and entry, ordering supplies, assisting and supervising support staff along with other experiments as the need arises  Keeping complete and understandable records in a laboratory notebook  Monitor the handling, storage and disposal of hazardous substances and performed related responsibilities  Statistical analyses using SAS and presentation of analyses
