Daily Duties at Fsa, Forfeiture Support Associates:
Facilitate key managerial and operating functions for the organization, providing vision and leadership direction including team management, program activities. Directed and supervised 13 employees which consisted of Data Analysis, Record Examiners, and other contractor staff at two different locations. Provided Clerical, Data Analyst, and Records Examiner/Analyst review. Monitored work and reports on progress; responsible for ensuring that work meets contract and government requirements and was delivered on time. Responsible for troubleshooting and performing quality control spot-checks. Formulated administrative and technical procedures to ensure work was completed. Performed complex technical and factual research. Designed and developed systems and procedures for tracking, controlling, and managing case files, exhibits, and other case specific materials Lead person on a special ongoing project evaluating, examination of records and property inventory which involved travel to agency divisions nationwide. Reported to the Government Program Administrator and the Regional Director for FSA.
