Daily Duties at Gates Bail Bonds, Inc.:

Facilitate key managerial and operating functions for the organization, providing vision and leadership direction including team management, program activities and outreach efforts. Oversee all major management activities including advertising, accounts payables/accounts receivables, collections as well as directing the underwriting and approval of bonds. Develop and implement administrative office policies and procedures for correspondence, phone traffic, and the preparation and submission of monthly operational reports. Integrally involved in skip tracing activities as well as background investigations, hiring, interviewing and training programs. Actively collaborate with local attorneys, members of the district and circuit courts, Department of Corrections and law enforcement agencies to identify and implement appropriate management options. Worked with the US Marshall's office and the FBI as well local law enforcements agencies assisting with recovering property and locating defendants. Prepared and submitted all court documents relating to all forfeitures. Direct supervision of all company employees which included hiring, training, and payroll over seeing all activities for office employees as well as outside agents. Worked with the local colleges hiring criminal justice students as interns.
