• Internal Quality Management Monitor: For Phase I-III chemotherapy, radiation and surgical oncology trials for industry, co-operative groups, grant funded and investigator initiated trials within multiple tumor groups. • Proactively monitor and confer with professional staff involved in data collection, data analysis and the execution of studies to ensure compliance with protocol guidelines and adherence to requirements of regulatory agencies and to established policies; analyze and interpret clinical data in conjunction with principal investigators, statisticians and other members of the research team as appropriate; review study files to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Identify quality issues within the study, escalate findings and implement appropriate corrective action plans. Ensuring consistent use of study tools and training materials; reviewing compliance with ICH GCP, site’s and Sponsor’s SOPs/Guidance Documents. Prepare presentations and written reports and analysis setting forth progress, trends and recommendations or conclusions • Maintain a positive, results orientated work environment, building partnerships and modeling teamwork by communicating to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner
