Daily Duties at Odyssey Hotels Group:
Responsibilities consisted of directing operations, sales, marketing and human resources. Actively managed 103 employees and spearheaded optimizing processes for all departments by first documenting and then monitoring each daily task. I generated and reviewed all reports on a daily basis and where necessary pursued implementing better technological systems. I drove renovation and ensured that daily property maintenance was accomplished. I performed due diligence on potential properties and prepared portfolios for investment consideration. I instituted professional development plans along with HR and employees helping to increase their desire to further develop skills.
