Daily Duties at Data Age :
Sales Management of both inside and outside sale representatives. Marketing management focused on growing qualified leads through tradeshows, magazine ads, mailers, and authored articles. Created Return on Investment calculators to support sales effort. Sought and brought to fruition business development relationships through systems integration. Proactively improved employee sales training and encouraged professional development. I implemented processes and policies to eliminate confusion and streamline order fulfillment. I built a positive corporate culture leading by example. I analyzed competitive environment and put in place pricing, product, and promotional strategies to win business. I interfaced with customers and addressed issues and expectations.
