Project Superintendent, RFI, RFP, field change orders, contractor cost reimbursement, site inspection on work perfomred by contractor, Site compliance on regulatory permits (17) from Stormwater PPE to Migratory Wildlife, weed management, site restoration, wetlands, and seeding, dewater permits, land restoration, Air Quality, Rail Construction, Grading, Material Testing, coordination of Site Safety with multiple contractors, Vendors, plant fuel deliveries, maintain fuel deliveries for Power Plant Electric Generation. Project Scheduling using Microsoft Project and Primavera Software. 3 week look ahead on scheduling, monthly meetings with stake holders, legal, environmental, Routt County Engineering, Colorado DOT. Traffic Control, Safety. Dewatering compliance and water runoff monitoring and control.
