Daily Duties at Itt:
Plan, manage, and formulate HR activity, providing advice to Regional Director and VP of Human Recourse and policies and tenant activities throughout ITT Systems Division within Europe. Duties include implementing ITT Systems Division policies relating to the, assignment, retention program, postal services, and utilization of subordinate personnel. Ombudsman in resolution of corporate issue related to human resources and organizational illegal policy, to include investigation, reporting and resolving through appropriate channel. Form all contracts throughout Europe, the Balkans and assigned contracts in the Middle East. Developed and applied knowledge of German labor law to issues concerning German labor social package or contract, negotiations, representation of German labor rights with governing body of German works counsel. Actively participated in all actions of litigation, moderation and arbitration in German labor court.
