Daily Duties at Bearing Point:

Utilized extensive experience/knowledge to assist company groups in policy implementation for development and establishment of program throughout Europe in support of U.S. Army contract. Managed $1.2M budget, Implemented training plans for mid-management level personnel in three different countries in Europe.  In areas of medical matters, personnel, finance, legal, transition benefits and Veterans Administration, provided regulatory guidance to Wounded Warriors and their Families.  Assisted Non-Wounded Transition Unit Soldiers with medical care issues. Reported weekly to U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) and Surgeon General on major medical obstacles facing families in Europe.  Developed and established points of contact throughout European military medical health care system; having personally worked and assisted in investigating Army Wounded Warrior Hotline issues at the highest level.  Integrated medical actions between Soldiers in combat units and Medical Center Support; reporting outcomes to Medical Assistance Group (MAG) at MEDCOM.  Fluent and experienced in all aspects of the military health care system and Veterans Administration Benefits.
