Daily Duties at M. Thorn:

 All facets of common law, including Cooperate Taxes, Corporate law, Intellectual Property, Legal Ethics, and Contracts Law, negotiation, litigation, reconciliation, adjudication, regional regulatory affairs and compliances, formation/modification of contract disputes.  Technical understanding of regulatory export compliance.  Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of regulatory affairs.  Make recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices.  Simulate and test process improvements.  Assist clients with issues of Compensation, German state benefits and their administration, employment laws and requirements, training/development, TQM, Sarbanes Oxley, Statistical Process and Organizational control.  Strong understanding of German Labor law, German court system, social employment contracts as well as German works council requirements.
