 Gather requested loan information to successfully pass audits performed by bank investors  Review and sign contracts establishing the obligations expected from the investors on an annual basis as well as reporting on all investor documentation.  Manage and track multiple projects and multiple sites containing confidential information  Manage the Final collateral teams offshore and Qualitative Measurement department onsite  Monitor budget, review General Ledger account for accuracy and approve small expenses  Forecast and Monitor Pipeline to assess staff needs for onsite and off shore departments  Ensuring the key focuses are continually developed, implemented and communicated in all areas of responsibility.
