Daily Duties at Percepta:

Implement process improvements by applying Six Sigma DMAIC problem solving methodologies for customer care center transactional operations. Provide direction and leadership on multiple projects and initiatives that improved service levels and customer satisfaction, reduced process variation, enhanced quality assurance results, and reduced overall costs for multiple organizations. Provide guidance and mentoring to potential White and Yellow Belt candidates during training and project implementation. Create and document process improvement project goals, schedules, execution reports and lessons learned to key stakeholders and customers. Identify potential new projects that are in line with organizational and customer goals by tracking performance target metrics, watching for potential trends that can increase cost and recommending and implementing change when necessary.
