Supervised 25-35 people and authored first employee handbook to be submitted and printed for all 214 stores. Assigning product placement, display designs, ordering, report management, store meetings, team meetings, resets, overage and shortage management, product rotation, shipping and receiving, report management, scheduling, store planning, training new employees, improving and implementing new policies and procedures to improve productivity and reducing expenditures, training new managers, working to improve work flow from various departments, while improving accountability and quality controls of products and services.
