Daily Duties at Bellwether Trading Company, Llc:

My assistant and I worked closely with clients and suppliers to build relationships in the pet food, bird food, and specialty feed ingredient industry. My daily duties included managing a staff of three employees, payroll, accounts payable, accounts recieveables, trading to make money and create a revenue stream inflow. Perform such duties as scheduling, hiring, training, inventory and ordering, and inspecting of work stations. Responsible for managing several employees or departments of employees, such as kitchen, wait and service staff. May additionallyclean and provide cashier service when needed. Responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating all of the daily functions within their department, as well as the staff members who carry out these functions. This not only includes monitoring the service of food and drinks, but also knowledge of labor laws and health compliance regulations, customer satisfaction, and payroll. Have a the capability of handling sudden situations that arise, such as staff or customer complaints, lack of inventory, lack of staff members, and even firing and replacing staff members. Specialize in developing written and electronic communications. Devote time to implementing marketing campaigns, managing websites, and analyzing customer and market intelligence. Focuses on developing promotional programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers. Responsible for developing marketing programs targeted to retailers, wholesalers and distributors that resell company's products to consumers. Advertise company's product in a food retailer magazine or offer special display discounts to retailers that give products additional sales floor space. Coordinate and implement marketing programs that increase company's brand presence and market share, and improve customer satisfaction. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
