Daily Duties at Cafe Bustelo:

Managed high volume accounts directly with buyers, purchasing department and ethnic category managers. Responsible for advertising product lines. Duties included: Working with customers to determine business needs and formulate successful integrated marketing tactics with sales solution strategies to increase sales revenue. Generated and compiled price comparisons reports, monthly sales reports, sale forecasting, current market trend, inventory reports, advertising/ marketing analysis, product comparison and itemized movement report for all primary headquarter accounts. Implemented various sales programs. Programs included; scan backs, off invoices, temporary price reductions, short dated items, FSI (free standing insert), bill backs, bracket pricing, rebate checks and V.I.P (volume driven program) to maximize sales growth. Created advertising marketing plans for new product launch to assure proper placement and branding. Coordinated and managed sales demonstration presentations for sales programs for headquarters account trade shows. Facilitated sales calls & reports to the President. Set territory sales agenda including, prioritizing and organizing calls to ensure maximum profit and customer service. Functional title as NY/NJ territory District Manager in charge of product placement, inventory, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable and training. Functional title as Merchandiser to assure product appearance, logistics, customer satisfaction, customer relations, sales call assistance, ordering and loss prevention policies with store management.
