Generated direct mail invitations to communications managers in insurance, agri-business, and medical community. Led open houses to demonstrate support services/multi-point control system in operation. Developed video conference services product, from initial stages through to discontinuation. Worked closely with major clients, including DuPont Chemical subsidiary Pioneer Hy-bred, Inc., Bryan Memorial Hospital of Lincoln, Nebraska, and State Farm Insurance of Bloomington, Illinois. Served as certified multi-point control administrator and maintenance technician. Scheduled point-to-point and multi-point video conferences with clients globally. Acted as board member of Metropolitan Interactive Videoconference Network.
