I oversaw all aspects of the high-end bike shop’s operations and provided my expertise in mechanical development. o Promoted to Shop Manager in 2009 where I utilized my apprenticeship to excel in managing day-to-day operations and identifying long term development needs and growth potential. o Gained vital knowledge in professional bicycle fitting and body ergonomics.
