Led global professional services consulting teams, business development, and product development for clients. • Led business development efforts in Siebel professional services for Federal customers. • Collaborated with product sales teams and Siebel partners in architecting solutions for all Siebel verticals. • Performed quality assurance for the Siebel 7 Systems Administration for all UNIX – based platforms. • PNC Bank – Performed Quality Assurance and Acceptance Test for Call Center Implementation • US Patent and Trade Office – Performed technical architectural design and implementation of initial call centers. • Homeland Security/ TSA – Led project team and performed UNIX implementation of both the Siebel and Informatica solution • AT&T – Performed technical implementation of Unix-base Informatica ETL. Led both Business analysts and architects in the requirements analysis and design of major components of Global Call Center. Consulted with business leadership in developing best practices for the use and adoption of Siebel solutions into their business processes. • MS Office and Microsoft Project Server • SharePoint 2003
