Daily Duties at Csc/Us Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service:

Directed 2009 IRS R4 modernization release initiation activities. Led release scoping, scheduling, risk assessment, requirement management, use case scope estimates, and case cost modeling. • Spearheaded U.S. Treasury IRS modernization by leading project initialization for R4 release of CADE PMO (300MUSD). • Proposed changes to RUP and waterfall techniques to produce higher quality code in 50% less time and cost. In additon to continue IRA business development, I worked with enterprise sales andevelopment teams to evaluate other US Treasury business opportunities and well to develop the yearly scope and budget proposal of the 2009 and 2008 tax years services and development for the CADE program. The size of proposal effort submitted to the IRS included over 300M USD for 2009 as well as the finalization of the 2008 budget which was for over 200M USD.
