Daily Duties at Serco Na/Si International:

pAs rogram Director, managed services team in the conduct of projects to support the implementation of the smartcards and HSPD-12 related solutions in the Federal government. Created PIV marketing strategy, business development plan and sales collateral. P&L responsibilities for the area. Mentored staff on PMBOK and Six Sigma. • Led US Treasury (Office of Comptroller of the Currency) in adopting PIV II card credentialing and PACS for 30,000 employees and 100 buildings. Oversaw OMB reporting, acquisition, and implementation of federal agency PIV-II solution (13MUSD). Led feasibility studies, policy development, and OMB cost / benefit analysis for 2008-2014. • Provided program management and ITIL SME expertise to the DOD/Pentagon in the review of IT operations. • Created laboratory process model for HSPD-12 PIV II smartcard processes. • Collaborated with PKI engineers and sales in the development of a smartcard/ HSPD-12 technology laboratory. • Developed collateral and business development proposals with respect to smartcard and HSPD-12 services • Collaborated in the continuous maintenance of the SI enterprise Project Server instance. • Bank IT Infrastructure • US Treasury Integration • Identity Management
