Daily Duties at Go Wireless:

•Rebuilt sales staff and created employee procedures for downtime, customer service follow-up and regular inventory management practices. Trained employees on standardized sales qualification process for retail customers and positioning statements for accessory package offer. Planned customer training events in store. Inspired improved employee involvement and more efficient customer interactions. •Selected store marketing campaign plans and community involvement activities. Personally evangelized store offerings by participating in chamber of commerce meetings, live radio air time, parades, and cross promotions with neighboring businesses. Increased store revenue from $17,500/month to $25,500/month within 30 days. •Embraced corporate policies but took personal interest of store’s success to overcome geographical isolation from corporate resources. Took ownership and financial responsibility for business improvements such as employee contests and incentives. Identified other non-financial methods to motivate employees such as delegating new functional roles and organizing team building events.
