Developed written content for training program including store operations manual, distance learning modules and weekly conference calls. Hosted training events as main speaker to franchisee audience and oversaw side-by-side franchisee training in retail stores for live hands-on experience. Resulted in new mandatory training requirements. •In charge of hiring direct reports to support point of sale tool by IQ Metrix. Led system requirement discussions with vendor, agreement negotiations, feature enablement, reporting customization, user access hierarchies, deployment, training, and on-going software updates and database maintenance. Led to nationwide store sales visibility and an increase of 55% in sales per location.
