•Created and implemented third-party phone insurance programs for sub-dealers and uniform sales process for products and services when engaging with retail customers. Program became timely company revenue generator to compliment declining industry commissions. Store gross profit increased on average by 35% per month. •Suggested and managed launch of new IT tool for field staff to remotely access sub-dealer records including real-time sales performance, Co-op and MDF balances during store visits. Concluded in higher relevancy of field discussions and better customer service and personal attention for dealers. Monthly store sales quota achievement reached 95% after deployment. •Designed and initiated an employee peer recognition program and corporate sponsored reward incentives to overcome morale challenges after a 30% companywide layoff. Resulted in high employee participation, increased motivation and platform for regular company process to document and share notable contributions. •Acted as single point of contact for new CRM launch and oversaw architecture design, testing and user training. Coordinated cross-functional teams from IT, marketing, HR, customer service, and wholesale to develop all requirements documents and compliance needs for internal systems. Inspired a consolidation of records and system of accessible data on 40 company owned dealers and 400 indirect independent dealers.
