Daily Duties at General Dynamics:
• Posted cash for all revenues received in AIS (Advanced Information Systems) division of General Dynamics using CACS (Contract Accounting Control System). • Updated and reconciled the file maker for payments over 25K for monthly collections forecast. • Created the various collectible Reports by aging for cash reporting and planning purposes by management. • Reconciled and updated the weekly and monthly AR reports from the daily Bank Statements using the database STOR-QM and Oracle. • Helped in the audit process by researching and compiling the required paper trail.
