A Functional Analyst is responsible to monitor software development utilizing the Agile/Scrum project management methodology. Key traits needed: -Collaborate with and support the Business SME team members -Lead user story definition to develop project requirements -Create definition of done -Create project templates and standards for deliverables -Create the project quality plan and processes -Create technical deliverables as assigned -Participate in project deliverable peer reviews related to the domain of expertise -Conduct daily stand-ups -Design product -Create release plan -Create test cases -Test product -Conduct product demo -Estimate product backlog -Manage user stories and tasks -Select iteration content -Revise release plan -Conduct retrospective -Revise and Re-estimate product backlog when needed -Provide status to the IT project manager as defined in the project operating rhythm -Raise project issues, risks, quality and scope deviations
