Daily Duties at Stratford School District:

I was the Interim Principal at Stratford High School from (month) to (month). I experienced and carried out the following duties: found local and in-house substitute teachers; dealt with discipline issues of students and interpersonal relationships with teachers and staff; read and returned professional and parental phone calls, inquiries, and emails; attended all sporting events (including weekends), attended and addressed school board meetings and Principal meetings; attended truancy court; led various parts of PLCs (Professional Learning Communities); managed a variety of activity accounts; supervised Middle/High school lunch duties; and worked with the faculty and support staff on a continuous basis. During my time as Interim Principal, I still planned for all of my duties for my substitute teacher in special education. I planned lessons for pre-Algebra and Health classes, continued completing IEPs, set deadlines, contacted parents and stayed in contact with my special education students on a daily basis for their benefit. • Dealing with discipline of students. • Just being able to run an organization in place of the principal.
