Daily Duties at Boston Medical Center:
Responsible for the management of the Cardiovascular Center and Diagnostic Testing Labs. Managed 15 plus employees; medical secretaries, medical assistants, billing coordinator. Responsible for analyzing operational systems and implemented new/updated systems to streamline operations. Responsible for the project timeline, implementation, training and continued oversight of the EHR/PMS system. Interviewed, hired, trained,mentored, and disciplined employees according to BMC policies and procedures. Conducted annual reviews for employees. Worked with Nurse Manager to complete annual budget. Analyzed monthly/quarterly, yearly productivity reports and instituted change to increase productivity if necessary. Served as main contact for all patient / customer related matters, provided resolution
