Responsible for the overall management of the practice. Hired, trained, evaluated, disciplined employees in accordance with Partners Policies and Procedures. Responsible for annual budget. Responsible for monitoring phone stats to ensure calls were being answered in a timely manner. Also, oversaw patient flow to ensure patients were not waiting for their scheduled appointments. Developed training manual for medical secretaries and medical assistants. Responsible for Quality Assurance Program, DPH compliance and JACHO compliance
