Daily Duties at The Feed Room:

Hands on management for funding, restructuring and rebuilding struggling video firm. Managed 7 direct reports in finance, sales, software development, SAS operations, customer support, marketing and acquired firm. $12mm in sales, 18mm budget and $11mm in venture investment. Led the identification of merger and acquisition opportunities in support of the Company’s strategic plan. Works closely with the finance and legal teams on the negotiation, execution, and closure of acquisitions. Leads strategic planning for the medium and long term evolution of the company’s business, including assessment of growth opportunities. Also, collaborating closely with the company’s business unit leaders to assess new opportunities to expand the company’s operations and to drive incremental growth through the deployment of new or expanded service offerings. Acts as an evangelist for the company with internal and external constituencies, leveraging the role as the corporate development leader to help position the company with key banking and analyst relationships as well as within the industry at large. Briefs the Board of Directors. Identifies and develop relationships with new industry partners that may lead to future M&A opportunities. Attracted, hired and retained world-class talent. Delivered software on time and on budget. restructured legal documents to reflect IP protection and licensing issues. Delivered turnaround, sales growth and exit acquisition
