Daily Duties at Synplicity:
• Managed worldwide collections for more than 500 customers. Maintained collections at more than 60% every month. Average collections of over $ 2 million every month. • Responsible for month end and quarter end close process, which involved entire AR reconciliations and issuing debit and credit memos. • Supervised Invoicing and Recurring billing for National and International customers. • Responsible for running all the relevant AR reports in SOFTTRAX and Great Plains (now Microsoft Dynamics GP) and presenting the AR close packet to management. • Prepared bad debt analysis and reported to the CFO and the revenue manager
