Daily Duties at Medtronic, Inc.:

Communicator between core team and hired contract employees for the Complete SE Iliac Study. This occured via teleconference, email, phone, and all mail types. Met with Safety and Data Management to ensure that all CRF's, DCF's were answered correctly and sent in to those corresponding departments In 2010, began working on the Complete SE SFA study. Completed in-house training on the new protocol and began working with FCRA's site set-up for the 195 subjects to be enrolled. Hired as the Solid lead for the Complete SE SFA Study (195 Subjects) Lead Research Specialist from 2008 to 2012. Reviewed FCRA reports and expense reports. • Led Core Team Meetings and sent out Agenda's and Minutes. • Reviewed DCFs and worked as a conduit between sites/FCRAs/BDM ensuring they were completed within the project timelines. • PMA was sent to FDA and this device was the only stent that obtained Market Approval in Danvers, MA for Medtronic Danvers Wrote Final Study Report after all sites were closed all data was collected. Merged Institution list, Statistical Report, and Final Study Report to send to FDA. This was submitted in 2012. FDA has 30 days to ask questions or approve. Still waiting for result. • Led this study through enrollment and finality as a CSR for Complete SE Iliac Registry as Senior level CSR. • An Assoc. CRA and a Project Coordinator worked with me as part of a team to meet the primary endpoint, and is finishing up its 3 year follow on Subjects currently.
