Daily Duties at Hay Group:
Responsible for producing client compensation reports used to evaluate and develop salary practices. Additional responsibility for processing and verifying monthly time and expense reports and various other billing and administrative reports. Activities include data collection, entry, verification and maintenance using the CRT with various mainframe programs or IBM PC with Lotus 123, Excel4.0, Plotter printer, and Conaps program
