Daily Duties at Morgan Health Center:

3-11p Unit Manager and charge nurse. On the week-ends I was 3-11 charge nurse and supervisor of the subacute unit of 20 and LTC of 20. Narcotic accountability, pass meds, start IVs, wound care, TPN, wound VAC, assess skin integrity and tugor, pain assessment, bladder scans, many admissions done on 3-11p (24 pages to the admit pack). I designed and put into use many forms for census, assignment, shift to shift report, some of our forms were copied so many times you couldn't read them, so I did all the forms over, including the 6 page admission assessment, and pre typed physician orders for different situations.

What they like about Morgan Health Center:

The social vibrance of a hiring firm is very important to you. Your ability to make and maintain friendships there is a critical part of your decision. You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social. When you investigate a new hiring company, ask recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers about the social life and opportunities there. This is especially important when you are relocating; moving dramatically alters your social sphere both inside and outside the workplace.
