Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:
Partnered with business leaders and Human resource managers to identify needs, develop solutions, secure funding and validate plans in implement leadership development solutions for the talent pipeline. Applied structured methtods of analysis, design , developmentand implenation and evaluation to manage solutions for leadership and organization development. Using client management skills, demonsrated ability to contract with business leaders in a highly matricxed environment drove the management consultiing arm of the LOD organization.
