Responsible for development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and creation of training programs in existing and emerging compliance areas such as FTC’s new Endorsement & Testimonial guidelines, rights required for on-air support usage, social media, and lab program for claim substantiation. Draft rules and oversee proper execution of numerous sweepstakes, contests, and charitable promotions. Provide advice and risk analysis to Executive Committee members on day-to-day business and operational issues.
