Daily Duties at Franklin Electric:

Managed one third of the daily plant operations, responsible for 3 departments. Directly responsible for 7 departmental supervisors. Unit had a total of 217 hourly employees. Team Leader for all cost savings projects. Team consisted of Unit Manager, Dept. Supervisors, Quality manager, and Dept.Engineer. Met with Operations Manager on a weekly basis to discuss weekly schedule, all cost savings projects and their progress, and overall unit status. Reported each departments schedule status, scrap, and overtime status in daily morning meeting to Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Quality Manager, and VP of Franklin Electric
