Daily Duties at Agilent Technologies:
Designed and implemented multiple innovative leadership programs to align Agilent executives and engage the workforce to the strategic agenda and change management plans set forth by the CEO, CFO and BOD. Managed the selection, contracting and budgeting of all vendors involved. Worked independently and with multiple global stakeholders at all levels of the organization requiring navigation of complex problems, finding quick wins and defining long term objectives and plans. Programs focused on growth strategies and on creating shareholder value and meeting Agilent’s long term operating model. Led the development effort to create other face to face development offerings and online e learning “business acumen” development solutions for all Agilent managers worldwide.
