Verify the Call Center staff has all of the necessary resources for the job and that these resources are tested and functioning properly Disseminate pertinent documentation to my coworkers regarding new systems that are supported, network changes or maintenance, changes with policies or procedures Run weekly and monthly reports to monitor key metrics Cultivate a friendly productive environment where the technicians who are taking calls don’t feel overburdened as a result of dividing the work equally and troubleshooting issues as a team Conflict resolution during the daily operations of a fast paced high volume call center

Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future.
