Oversee system conversion to Great Plains for FBO/airline company accounting software, data import, customer data maintenance, contract billing invoices, deposit daily cash, journal entries, general ledger research, reconcile AP activities daily, process invoices for weekly check printing, vendor data maintenance, contact parent company with financial information requests, set-up new vendors for payment, match invoice documentation and approvals for weekly payments to vendors, open and distribute mail, record and track all FBO fuel accounts for accounts receivable, distribute monthly reports to controller, record and report all passenger statistic information to airline supervisor
