Daily Duties at Ishpi:

Manage a 5 person tean of engineers to meet the customers expectations. Provide communications expertise to the employees and the customer assets for SATCOM/ Network related issues. Develop training schedules and manage employee logistics issues on site while mitigating any issues between the customer and employee for swift resolution. Develop employee schedules and track employee training requirements for employment certifications.
