Daily Duties at Pss World Medical, Inc.:
•Oversee daily Treasury Operations •Streamline cash management processes through the implementation of a Treasury Workstation and Cash Reconciliation Software. •Research and implement Treasury Services as needed. •Act as liaison between IT and Operations on Credit Card Processing Projects •Review monthly cash and debt reconciliations •Responsible for the recording of cash and debt to the General Ledger •Prepare and review various SEC Reports related to the company’s financial commitments •Prepare and review Borrowing Base Certificate •Perform Quarterly SOX Assessments •Advise on cash management policy and procedures •Review analysis statements for correctness negotiate fees as necessary.
