Daily Duties at Stone Holdings Inc:
Maintain full bottom line responsibility for all aspects of financial management and accounting. Assist in multi-company consolidations. Manage general ledger activity including account analysis and reconciliation, accruals, journal entry preparation and month-end/year-end closing. Lead functions associated with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset management. Assist in creating financial forecasts. Prepare benefit cost allocations including 401(k) employee and employer contributions, flex benefits, and health insurance. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial controls. Coordinate and participate in annual internal audit functions and support of annual external audit functions. Establish and maintain banking relationships. Coordinate accounting department records as well as offsite record retention. Prepare monthly billings involving IT support, rent, and telephone. Process payroll through ADP while maintaining employee records.
