Daily Duties at Walgreens:
Use a Kronos based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to recruit and hire new employees, manage their development, and process payroll bi-weekly. Manage inventory including forecasting future needs, creating and reviewing orders, and maintaining counts Analyze the profit-loss statement to set goals for future sales and inventory levels. Reconcile the purchase and expense ledgers with store records to ensure accurate payouts. Use home and store computers to create marketing materials to supplement corporate ads. Exercised customer service skills by resolving customer complaints at the store level. Supervised and mentored over twenty (20) employees to ensure efficient use of company resources. Monitor the daily cash inflows and outflows of a Walgreens store. Created multiple in-store flyers and merchandising displays to promote hot and new items.
