Auditing and voucher of over 200 invoices on a weekly basis Spearheaded reclassification of multi-million dollar asset project through multiple GL; leading to ease in obtaining high dollar bank advances for further project advancement Auditing and compliance with FASB and GAAP Weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting allowing negotiation vendor contracts Account Reconciliations Variance analysis of inventory Developed and implemented new procedures and features to enhance productivity of accounts payable Developed a more efficient way of auditing company credit card bills to verify travel charges and purchases Worked with IT to develop a new reporting program to improve efficiency in auditing of freight carrier bills in comparison to quoted amounts via internal reports Verifying and entry of biweekly consultant payment Created and maintained credit hold list Payment and reconciliation of customer payments G/L Entry on adhoc basis
